It is also connected with the University of Alberta HUB mall, therefore no going outside to get to Campus. It is also connected to the underground tunnels and shopping malls downtown. Bus stops at the doorstep. There is a doorman to assist with things during the day & every night for security, a convenience store, hair salon, Pancake house, Chiropractor, and printing Company in the building. This building is a 10 min LRT ride to the University of Alberta, and a bit longer to Southgate mall. Rent is $1400 and includes heat, water, power, and internet.
